Can I find out the IP address of where a MySpace account was created?

I have had a co-worker following me, and I have reason to believe that he may have created a fake MySpace account, and then proceeded to add my real friends to his MySpace friend account. I don't want to launch an investigation, but would like to see if my hunch is correct before proceeding. Any ideas?

Myspace has to have a legal court order to be able to trace a specific user's IP address, %26amp; you have to be sure the person is actually committing a crime of harrassment, etc.

If the guy is following you for no reason, you shouldn't really worry about it until he starts taking illegal action; that's when you report him to authorities. I have had people follow me for days on Myspace %26amp; nothing came of it; they just stopped after a while.

There is no way that myspace is going to help you out with this....not unless there is a legal investigation.
